Digital Paintings
These look like they were done a million years ago, but
they're
actually recent, done on a computer running Windows 7 and the latest
version of Corel Draw. For some reason I really like the whole low res,
low color thing, it's all very impressionistic. It kind of brings back
memories of the good old days when I was a kid, doing digital artwork
on 68K machines with only 4MB of RAM and no hard disk. The thing I love
about impressionism is that the further away you are, the more
realistic it looks.

This is my first time throwing in a background on one of
these, so go
easy. Someday I might go back and fix her front legs, which look a
little too long I think.

I love the way her tail turned out in this one. The
three most fun
parts of painting a fox are the tail, the ears, and the eyes, which
seem impossible to capture in any medium.
